All interested are asked to fill in the application form. Due to space constraints, the number of gliders is limited to 75. Registration takes place exclusively through this application form until the vacancies are filled. Check-in will not be possible at the event.

All pilots attending this event must be current fully paid-up members of the VGC Ltd. All visiting pilots wishing to fly as P1 at the VGC event must either become a VGC member prior to attending or by completing a membership form and paying the appropriate membership fee at the registration office run by the event organizers before they fly. CAUTION: Each participant should pay and advance of € 100 to the organiser’s bank account within five days of completing the application form. An advance payment of € 100 will be considered when settling the participant’s costs.

We will refund the advance payment in full if the event is canceled or the applicant has a good reason (illness) to cancel the participation.
